Free Shipping on orders over $50.00


All orders over $50.00 are freight free Australia wide, All Order must fit in a Australia post Parcel bag

Orders will be sent Parcel post with tracking if you are wanting your order Express

Posted please contact the store, and you will be charged accordingly. 

Larger orders/items that need to be sent with a courier cannot be delivered to a PO Box

All Supplements are excluded from free delivery, postage will be added once the order is placed



Saddle Deliveries

Will be freight free excluding W.A & Tasmania some conditions may apply.

A Freight charge will be added to your order once its placed.

Shipping Internationally


Once your order is placed one of our sale team members will email you with the shipping cost that will be added to your order. All International orders are sent Pack and Track International with a Tracking Number. Orders that have items of great value will also have extra Insurance charge to cover for any damages in transit or if the items does not get delivered and is not able to be found. 

We do not accept credit cards for any international orders, Bank transfer is our only accepted payment method

All international orders must have the same billing & shipping address.


Delivery Times 

In-Stock items are shipped promptly and will generally be delivered within 2-10 days business depending on where you live.

If any of the items are not in stock at the time of ordering you will receive an email with an Estimated Time Of Arrival of the product.

All orders are sent Parcel post with Tracking, Any orders that are heavy or have large items are sent via Star Track Couriers signature will be required.

If you need your order urgently we recommend that you pay for express post.



All prices are subject to change without notice. We cannot control price increases by our suppliers. We also reserve the right to correct misprints. We will charge you accordingly. 


Cancellation of an Order

 You may at anytime cancel your order unless the item has been specially ordered in for you from a Supplier or from Overseas. You will be notified if the item is out of stock and needs to be re-ordered.



Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective please email us



Incorrect Choice of Items Ordered

If you ordered the wrong product or wrong size, you are required to pay any charges involved in returning items, you will also be required to pay shipping charges on sending the correct items to you.

 If you order a product and you want to exchange it for a different style or colour or size, you are required to pay

any charges involves in returning the items, and the shipping charges that apply to send the exchanged items to you.


Undeliverable Packages

We will contact you to correct the shipping address. You are required to pay any charges involved in re-shipping the packages back to you.

All items returned for any reason must be in perfect condition, unworn and not used and in the original packaging with original receipt enclosed.

Where redelivery is required because of refusal to accept delivery, you will be required to pay any associated fees for redelivery. Where redelivery is requires because access issues or limitations for making delivery, you will be required to pay any associated fees for delivery.
