Stainless Steel. Sometimes referred to as a "half cheek" snaffle, this model is popular in harness racing. The spoons hang below the mouthpiece to prevent the bit being pulled through the horse's mouth and their position means that they are less likely to get caught up in the mouth or reins.
This Pinchless model features an internal bushing on either side of the joint which rotate independently and prevent pinching of the horse's tongue & cheeks or bruising to the palate .
